    is one of the most breathtaking models of the century. She looks amazing, her body shape inspires envy, and she has a sunny outlook on everything. Most of her fans often wonder how she spends a day and which exercises she prefers. To make your wish come true, we have mentioned her workout and diet routine here, including how she likes to relax and the brief details of her struggle with Hashimoto’s disease.

    Preferred Exercise Methods

    She prefers yoga over dancing. She also likes doing burpee rather than a wall ball. Her focus is also on stretching before and after a workout. If given a choice, she prefers to work out with friends in a class rather than working out alone. She also likes to run outside rather than hopping on a treadmill because she feels freer in the former option.

    The Struggle

    The runway star has confessed that she is suffering from Hashimoto’s disease. This condition affects her thyroid. She is getting treatment for hypothyroidism in which her metabolism slows down and becomes a reason for weight gain and depression.

    No Weight Loss for VS Show

    Due to the aforementioned treatment, her metabolism changed a lot in 2016, and she didn’t even have to go for any weight loss for the Victoria Secrets show.

    Workout Routine

    The blonde kicks off her day at 7 AM and opts for working out after breakfast at around 9 AM. During the workout sessions, she prefers to indulge in a sport like boxing as it keeps her blood moving. She is a big fan of horse riding and volleyball, but can rarely manage it now.  She visits a Gotham Gym in the West Village and works with a boxing trainer cum coach. The coach-player thing matters a lot to her and she thinks that these coaches are like her brothers.

    Diet Plan

    Breakfast

    Hadid starts her day at 7 in the morning because she loves the quietness of the city. In the morning, she has a cup of coffee or a simple breakfast of bacon, toast and scrambled eggs. She also likes eating breakfast beans.

    Lunch

    Gigi has her lunch at noon and usually visits JG Melon in the West Village to have an arugula salad. This is the dish she loves a lot and can have it every day. Her food philosophy is to eat clean to stay fit and have a burger to stay sane.

    Dinner

    During dinner, Gigi likes to visit Bond Street for sushi with her friends. If she is having a night in, she likes cooking and watches some TV show or a movie. Her day usually ends by watching Girls (2012-Present) or Prison Break (2005-2009) and sleeps by 11.30 PM.

    Diet Indulgence

    When the daughter of  is in a mood to indulge, she opts for J.G. Melon’s burgers. In her opinion, they are super simple and amazingly good. She likes the fact that they don’t try too hard and the taste is still amazing. She even calls them the best burgers in New York City.

    Relaxation Methods

    On her days off, the blue-eyed beauty likes to sleep in and often sleeps past noon. On these days, she also likes to have some coffee with friends at Color Me Mine and enjoy some time in doing stuff like painting a mug. Even while at home, the sister of  relaxes by doing stuff like drawing, painting or even working with clay. She has even built a few Lego sets and likes them a lot.
