Harry Higgs made a significant move this weekend, proposing to his long-time girlfriend, Kailee Kuehn. They are now engaged and will soon be husband and wife.

Although he was born in Camden, New Jersey, the professional golfer spent most of his childhood in Overland Park, Kansas.

He attended Blue Valley North High School, where he played high school golf. After completing high school, he enrolled at Southern Methodist University.

The Camden-born athlete studied and played golf simultaneously during his time at Southern Methodist University.

Higgs began his professional golf career in 2014 after playing collegiate golf.

He then roamed the micro tours and spent two seasons on the PGA Tour Latinoamerica before achieving Korn Ferry status in 2019.

A year later, he played on the , where his rookie campaign included two top-10 finishes that helped him reach 60 on the FedEx points list.

Higgs says that the pair have known each other forever now. He stated that he grew up playing games with the Kuehns, who lived nearby his house.

She was born on October 27, 1992, and has a brother Korbin who happens to be a member of the UMKC men’s golf team.

She attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 2011 to 2015, majoring in Health Sciences.

Kuehn clearly showed her over-achieving prowess when she was a student.

She was mentioned in the Dean’s List during her time at the college and was awarded the Academic All-Western Athletic Conference and Scholar-Athlete of the Year.

The fiancee also served as a Golf Shop Assistant at Kansas City Country Club from 2012 to 2014.

Per her Linkedin profile, she has been working for Cerner Corporation.

Alex Higgs is the younger brother of Harry, who seems to share the same love for golf as his brother.

The siblings are very close and supportive of each other. They are the ideal definition of what a relationship between siblings should look like.

Both brothers went to the same university, SMU, to pursue their higher education.

It’s also interesting to note that they both played golf during their time at the university.

Alex began serving as a caddie for Harry in February 2026, when Harry was a senior at SMU.

The younger brother briefly had the title of professional golfer before regaining his amateur status.

Higgs, who loves his brother very much, describes Alex as one of “the best caddies in the game.”

Harry mentions that his brother often offers an incentive, in the form of cocktails, or money, if Harry pulls off a shot.
