Trevor Bauer Wins $309K Judgment Against Accuser Lindsey Hill, But Her Arrest Claims Remain Unverified

New turn in the ongoing case!

The legal saga between former MLB pitcher Trevor Bauer and Lindsey Hill has taken yet another turn.

The Los Angeles court ordered Lindsey Hill to pay Bauer over $309,000 in damages for violating a previous settlement agreement.

As a result, speculation online erupted that Hill had also been arrested and was facing criminal charges for assault and abuse.

However, as of this writing, no official sources or legal records have confirmed that Lindsey Hill has been arrested.

Let’s break down what’s true, what’s claimed, and what remains unverified.

The Court Has Ruled A Fine Of $309K To Lindsey Hill

In May 2026, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled in favor of Trevor Bauer, awarding him $309,832.02 in damages.

The case stemmed from Hill’s alleged violations of a non-disparagement clause in their mutual legal settlement.

That settlement had resolved a pair of dueling lawsuits, Bauer suing Hill for defamation, and Hill suing Bauer for sexual assault and battery.

Per the terms of the settlement, neither party was allowed to claim the other had paid money in exchange for dropping legal action.

Yet, Hill later suggested Bauer had “handed back” an insurance payout to her.

This was taken hours after I supposedly brutally assaulted this woman, when she claims she was terrified and desperate to get out of my house and in tremendous pain.

That statement, made via social media and podcast appearances, became the basis of Bauer’s follow-up lawsuit, in which each alleged violation of the agreement cost her $10,000.

Hill did not contest the suit. Her silence resulted in a default judgment, which also included legal fees and interest.

Lindsey Hill Has Not Been Arrested Yet, But Responded To The Lawsuit

Here’s where the story becomes murky. On social media, Rachel Luba, Bauer’s agent and legal representative, claimed:

“Lindsey Hill has now been ordered to pay Bauer, and has been arrested and is being charged with assault and abuse, with an outstanding warrant for her arrest.”

This statement has since gone viral, sparking widespread interest in the term “Lindsey Hill arrested.”

Trevor Bauer has won his lawsuit against Lindsey Hill for falsely claiming that Bauer paid her any monetary amount to settle their original lawsuit, and she is ordered to pay him $309,000 in damages.

Now, the only money ever exchanged between the two is Hill paying Bauer…

However, no court records, law enforcement databases, or reputable media outlets have confirmed an arrest or any newly filed criminal charges against Hill at this time.

This does not mean such developments are impossible, but until official confirmation emerges, the arrest claim should be treated as unverified.

Despite not contesting the most recent lawsuit, Lindsey Hill reactivated her social media account shortly afterward to issue a defiant statement:

“He will never see a cent from me… I refused to participate in this suit in any way, shape, or form… I will appeal and delay any shot he ever had at getting his career back.”

Hill did not deny the court’s ruling, but made it clear she would resist compliance.

Trevor Bauer Is Hopeful For His MLB Return

Since Lindsey Hill’s initial 2026 allegations, Trevor Bauer has repeatedly claimed innocence.

Major League Baseball suspended him for 194 games, the longest non-lifetime suspension in league history, despite no criminal charges ever being filed against him.

He later resumed his career in Japan.

Bauer has made it clear he’s aiming for an MLB comeback, stating,

“I don’t believe I was given a lifetime ban.”

This latest legal victory could boost his public defense, especially as he has never been arrested or paid any money to any accuser, a fact his team strongly emphasizes.
