American professional baseball shortstop and second baseman Trevor Story was blessed with his first child after signing with the Red Sox.

Trevor Story went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and an additional run scored Monday, June 22, 2026, in a 5-9 loss to the Los Angeles Angels.

Story in the contest for the Red Sox, swatting a 387-foot solo shot to left field in the sixth inning.

The multi-hit performance was the veteran shortstop’s eighth in June, and he’s on a strong .289 this month with four home runs, 16 RBI, and two stolen bases through 19 contests.

He has notched 11 homers and 11 thefts on the season, making him one of seven major-league shortstops to reach double digits in both categories.

Baseball Shortstop Trevor Story And His Wife Mallie Share Two Children

Trevor Story and his wife, Mallie Crow Story, welcomed their first son, Stetson Story, in March 2026, just days after Trevor a six-year deal with the Red Sox.

During one of the interviews, Trevor spoke about his son, Stetson. He said,

“Stetson is on the tee already and he knows how to swing it, man!”

Trevor and Mallie welcomed their second son, Nolan Story, in May 2026, just weeks before Father’s Day.

At the time, Trevor was recovering from elbow surgery and undergoing rehabilitation in Fort Myers, which allowed him to spend more quality time with his kids.

During the interview, he talked about being injured and spending time with his sons. He said,

“It’s never a good time to be injured,” , “but I’m trying to find the good in every situation. That’s time you don’t get back. I’m able to be with my sons more and my wife, so just taking advantage of that and it’s been great.”

In June 2026, hours before the game, Trevor was out on the field taking batting practice when he abruptly stopped, flipped his bat, and jogged over to the dugout as his wife and two sons were waiting for him.

He up his elder son, Stetson, and took a few steps out onto the field, taking in the view of the Green monster with his son, who was born days after he signed with the Red Sox.

Trevor And Mallie Story Have Been Married For Six Years

Trevor and Mallie Story began dating in 2011 and later announced their engagement on his social media.”

On November 24, 2017, Trevor took to his official handle and posted a photo with Mallie in which she was wearing an engagement ring. He captioned,

Blessed she said yes!!🙏🏻🙌🏻❄️

They tied the knot at The Laurel in Grapevine, Texas, on November 16, 2018.

Trevor also shared a of their wedding on his Instagram handle with the caption,

My Rock. My best friend. My everything. I’m so PROUD to call @malliestory my wife. You’re such a blessing Mills 🙏🏻🙌🏻 #Mrs.Storytime

Mallie Story, 32, was born in Irving, Texas, United States on August 4, 1993.

Although Mallie has stayed away from social media, she always supports Trevor and balances his personal and professional life.
