Billy used to be fat when he was a kid. But, he had to get in shape to play the role of a personal trainer on FX’s American Horror Story: Cult. So, the actor started working out 3 days a week at Hollywood’s Easton Gym Co. under the guidance of his personal trainer named Ryan Farhoudi. He mainly focused on like doing supersets on a Hammer Strength iso-lateral bench press, and dumbbell flyes on the Bosu ball. He also did which mainly included on a treadmill, usually in the morning.
When it comes to diet, he focused on eating clean, healthy, and nutritious diet. He didn’t particularly count all the macronutrients like , , and . Basically, he started consuming lots of lean chicken or fish, lots of vegetables. He stopped eating refined carbohydrates like bread. To manage stress and to maintain the quality of his workout sessions, he used to leave his phone in the locker before going to do a workout. He drinks alcohol and soda occasionally.
