Casper Smart is a huge fan of boxing and tries to get in boxing sessions about four to five days a week. He believes that boxing is the best cardio routine out there. As he can’t get necessary muscle bulk with boxing routine, he lifts weight for three to four days a week.
In preparation for his role of a boxer in Street (2015) movie, he changed his routine slightly. He used to start with an hour and a half of boxing and fight training session. After that, he would head out for a twelve hours shooting schedule. After shooting, he would get another hour and a half workout in the gym.
Regarding diet, he lays special emphasis on vegetables and lean protein sources. and are strictly off the limits and he tries to drink at least a gallon of water.
