- For 6 years in a row between 1992 and 1997, Jerry was nominated for an Emmy Award for “Best Actor in a Leading Role” for his sitcom Seinfeld (1989-1998) but never won.
- Jerry is a big car enthusiast and has more than 150 cars in his collection. He prides himself on having a collection of approximately 40 Porsche cars. Jerry owns a rare Porsche 959, which he legally wasn’t allowed to drive and bought for personal satisfaction. However, it was made street-legal in the United States in 1999.
